New Electric Hypercar Manufacturer Laffite Automobili Presents First Models

Laffite Automobili, a new new electric hypercar manufacturer, has unveiled ts three first models, the LM1, the Atrax, and the Barchetta, as well as their first two variations, the Atrax Stradale and the Barchetta Coupe. Laffite Automobili is based in Turin and founded by Pascal Cohen and former professional racing driver Bruno Laffite.
Although 100% electric, they feature system which generates the sound of race engines.
The Atrax is a hyper off-road SUV that offers a maximum speed of 240 km/h.
Its 350 kW battery can be fully charged in 22 minutes.
The first three Laffite Automobili Hypercars will benefit from the technology and engineering developed by LM Gianetti.
The production line, set up with LM Gianetti, will deliver the first models, already ordered, to their owners during the winter of 2024.
The models will be produced in very limited quantities (between 24 and 26 units depending on the model).
Ranked among the top 10 drivers of his generation and participating in over 100 races, Bruno Laffite was a professional driver between 1990 and 2000.
Bruno Laffite, Founder, says: "I wanted the Atrax to combine the agressiveness and technology of a racing car, and at the same time be tame and manageable. I wanted it to look like a beast, lowered down, ready to jump, and most importrantly, I wanted it to have huge tires."
Pascal Cohen, Laffite Automobili CEO, adds: "The Atrax is the genesis of our brand, which represents Bruno's first passion and dream."
Laffite Automobili unveiled five electric hypercars at the Miami Grand Prix.
