- May 06 2020

Oxbotica has announced that Founder and Chief Technology Officer Paul Newman has been appointed by Boris Johnson as the latest Member of the Prime Minister’s Council for Science and Technology.
The Council advises the Prime Minister on science and technology policy issues across government, including autonomous vehicles and other transport innovations, in order to tackle climate change and deliver a net-zero future.
Auto Futures caught up with Newman earlier in the year, to talk about the development of autonomous technology since the company’s inception in 2014 – and his vision of intelligent mobility that stems all the way back to 1996.
