UK s LEVC Reveals the L380 the First of a Range of Spacious Fully Electric Models

The UK's LEVC, best known for its electric black taxis, has revealed the L380, the first of a new range of fully electric models. The move is part of the brand's transition from a high-end taxi manufacturer to a leading provide of e-mobility solutions. 

The new model wiill be available in six or eight seat lay-out.

Initially launched in China in 2024, it will become available in additnal markets at a later date.

The L380 Multi-Purpose Vehicle (MPV) is built on the new EV platform - Geely Holding group's Space Oriented Architecture (SOA) -  which was unveiled earlier in 2023.

LEVC manufactures its purpose-built, range-extended electric TX taxi at a state-of-the-art factory in Ansty, Coventry.

Since 2014, Geely has invested more than £500m into LEVC, allowing it to build an eco-friendly manufacturing facility, the UK’s first dedicated to the production of EVs.
